

I'm at an all time loss here as to what could be the issue and how best to resolve.

The machine it's installed on is a Lenovo T450 with a good amount of spec on it (i7, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD) When looking in the Task Manager under processes, I can see the following Reinstalled both Adobe CC and InDesign, which seemed to of worked for a little while before reverting back to the issue.Ĥ) Disabled automatic updating, but this causes more issues than before. I've already done the following to resolve the issue.Ģ) Uninstalled InDesign and reverted back to an older versionģ) Uninstalled InDesign and Adobe CC, used the Adobe clean up utility and restarted. However, InDesign will not open when they click "Open" it just does nothing. Got a real winner of a case here, have a user who has a Adobe CC subscription (Business) and uses InDesign.
